Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Telecom Stream
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech or equivalent
- Disciplines: Electronics, Telecom, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields
- Minimum 60% marks
Finance Stream
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
OR - Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
Age Limit (as on 07 March 2026)
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 30 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per government norms
Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
The CBT will include questions on aptitude and stream-specific technical knowledge.
Pay Scale and Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed in the E-3 IDA Pay Scale:
- Basic Pay: ₹24,900 – ₹50,500
- Additional benefits: DA, HRA, medical facilities, leave benefits, and other allowances
A two-year probation/training period will apply before confirmation.
